Summary: Pros to this hotel were how quiet the room was and the proximity to a venue we were attending a show at. Restaurant staff were great. Cons- room was dusty and rug hadn’t been vacuumed. No towels in bathroom upon check in. Multiple requests over our stay to have room serviced were ignored. Felt like we were bothering the staff when we asked for service. Not the best experience at a Hilton…

Summary: The staff was great but the rooms had water damage on the walls and peeling. Beds were lumpy. We were on the 6th floor and could hear the fwy and outside noise like cars speeding up.

Summary: This was not my hotel of choice however this was the hotel the family decided to stay. I always scan the room Before settling in. I noticed the knob from the refrigerator was broken so couldn’t turn it cold. The bathroom mirror light was broken. The rack in the shower was hanging from the wall. I wasn’t impressed at all. For the rate of the room I expected much better.

Summary: Overall good stay. Check in was a little bit of a wait , only 1 of the 4 people behind the counter were checking people in and there was a line of about 5-6 guests. The elevator never came when we left for checkout. We waited about five -ten min at the elevator to go down, on floor 5, and it never came . When it finally did come we couldn’t go down. Even when we were at floor 10 we pressed for the lobby and it wouldn’t light up so we got out before the chance of being stuck inside, so we had to walk down from the top floor using the stairs to leave .

Summary: No hot water for the first two days of the stay to take a shower they had problems and were not able to fix it until Friday the day i was leaving.

Summary: The stay was good overall. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and the room was clean. My only complaint is the lack of hot water while showering night 2 and day 3. I'm unsure of what occurred, but we had to take cold showers. Just a recommendation, when you pay for breakfast through hotels.com make sure you register everyone who will eat. I didn't learn until we headed down for breakfast that I only paid for 2, instead of 4 & they can't change it at the front desk if its not booked through hilton.

Summary: Came for business. Hotel is in convenient location. No room service but the attached restaurant has good breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as well.
